Is it possible to have a image in infowindow.

Like when they click the marker it pops up the window and then along with the text it also shows an image.

Thanks.

Yes, it is.
Please take a look at the discussion about InfoWindowContent template of GoogleMarker.
You can place inside any kind of markup, even a GridView binded to a table from your database.
Here is sample, coming from Sample Website (so, download and take a look at it):
<artem:GoogleMap ID="GoogleMap1" runat="server" Width="530px" Height="500px" Latitude="42.1229" Longitude="24.7879"
               Zoom="4" EnableScrollWheelZoom="true" BorderStyle="Solid" BorderColor="#999999" BorderWidth="1" OnClientClick="addMarker">
               <Markers>
                   <artem:GoogleMarker Latitude="42.1229" Longitude="24.7879" Title="Click on the marker">
                       <InfoWindowContent>
                           <h1>
                               Info Window Content</h1>
                           <p>
                               This is an info window content template.</p>
                       </InfoWindowContent>
                   </artem:GoogleMarker>
               </Markers>
           </artem:GoogleMap>

Take a look ate usage of InfoWindowContent inside the marker.
