Hi there,

Release 4.0 beta is out now.
As you can see, some features requested from a long time were implemented .

I have started issuing a short videos for some GoogleMap control features and usage.
You can find them all here

My plan for the final release 4.0 is:
  •  GoogleBounds to be added to some of the server event's arguments;
  • Adding measuring capabilities to GoogleMarker and GoogleLocation - methods for calculating the distance between the locations;
I have started my work on GoogleMap Control AJAX Extenders, but because the lack of my free time, I'm going to finish and issue them in a next minor release (probably 4.1)

I'm willing to implement Geofence capabilities to the next release. Thus I will need you opinion about what will be really useful:
  • client and server side methods for checking out if point/location is inside an fence/polygon;
  • client and server side events firing when marker(s) is/are within or outside the fence/polygon;

Any other suggestions?

So, guys, please, share your experience and opinion about the new release.
Any feedback and suggestions are much appreciated.

Regards
