Please I really need this fixed !

No matter how or how many layers I add to a map only 1 ever has events.
I need click events on every layer (rectangle, polygon).

Can someone please tell me how I can fix this.

I am using the 6.1 control.

I have added 3 GooglePolygons to my page. I'm handling the click event for each, but only the last one on the page has any events!?!

Can anyone verify this.

I use Googlemaps Control 6.1 and I have only artem.google.dll, artem.google.pdb, artem.google.xml in zip-file, how could I get GoogleMarkersBehavior.js to recompile.

I also this problem too, If I open new Windows about Info, but the old window will not auto closed.

Hi, Tgaud!

I'm not an expert in using this Artem:GoogleMap control. In fact I started using it last week.

But, as previously written, I don't believe you'll be able to use both in your page. I think you should dig a little more in Artem:GoogleMap control and verify wether there's already something to accomplish the things you have in your javascript code. Take a look at this link.

Sorry we misunderstood.
But The googleMap control is working..... alone.

And my custom javascript code (google autocompletion of addresses, on textbox) is working, alone.
using

 "https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?v=3.exp&sensor=false&libraries=places"

("libraries=places" at the end, is important)

but when I put both together on the same page... nothing works anymore.

I'm not 100% sure, but I do believe that as you want to use Artem:GoogleMap control you must delete the script you already have in your page.

You should have something like this:

I am using the 6.1 control.
All setting made during pageload, like Latitude, Longitude, Zoom, and Marks are lost on a postback.
If I set the same setting during page design then each value is remembered.

My example has a map and a button. The map location, zoom and one mark are set during page load, the button click is just moving the location. On button click everything is gone!

Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Something very weird is happening. First I've tried using this control on a very simple form. Just a Button and the Artem:GoogleMap control inside a <div> that has its Visible property set to false. The idea is to show the map, according to latitude and longitude parameters that are obteined when the button is clicked. I've accomplished this with the following code:

In this case the webform is not attached to any Masterpage and it works pretty fine, as desired. When button is clicked the map is shown.

So I've became encouraged to move on and use in my web application. This web application has a MasterPage. The webform in which I'm using the Artem Control has a few <div>tags that are shown (or not) depending on some conditions (doesn't matter) and has also a UpdatePanel. So, as in the simple application before, I have the Artem Control inside a <div> tag that has its Visible property set to false. And, also, there's a button that must be clicked to the map be showed. But in this scenario, things don't work. When I click the button (to show the map) I get this error:

I solved this problem by injecting another page into marker.info. I have someting like this and it works for me

Then MapBubbleDetail.aspx is normal page which can contain whatever you want (usercontrols, images, serverside controls, another map, etc... ). After clicking on marker, this page is shown in bubble of marker

I have implemented the Artem .GoogleMap controller on my asp/vb.net app and for my initial project and everything is working well. Thank you for a free great control.

I got the task to implement the automatic refresh (every minute), which is ok as well but the challenge now is to retain the maps bounds and zoom as they were before automatic refresh (default or changed).

I was playing with BoundsChanged Event but I was unsuccessful to get the NE lat /lon and SW lat/lon and assign them to a variable. Is there anybody willing to guide me in the right direction?

Hello

You are right. When you add marker and specify location by address, you are limited. When you add marker and specify location by coordinates, then everything is ok. Few posts back is this described

if you dont have coordinates, you can use GeoRequest to get position (but i suppose that this using direct request from server (from 1 IP) - so limit per day can be very easily overflowed) - it can still be bypassed using coordinates as described in link.

But when you use GoogleDirection (http://googlemap.artembg.com/directions/default.aspx), you can specify only 10 directions, also if you are using coordinates (and no address). Its probably because of created direction is calling some service which returns direction.

I am also wondering if you can set more points in direction than start and finish (some sub-points), but i suppose that this is little off-topic.

I hope that the solution with showing delay markers could work with Directions too (I hope because thats something that i will have to solve in next days :) (or when will be enough time))
